APPRENTICESHIP
PROGRAM
Electrical
Consulting Services, Inc. is a strong supporter of state accredited
electrical apprenticeship programs. We believe that by supporting
apprenticeship, a greater, more knowledgeable workforce is created;
thus resulting in higher quality workmanship and better educated
electricians.
Electrical apprenticeship is a serious four year commitment by
apprentices devoted to improving their skills and knowledge in the
electrical field by attending classes two nights a week for three
hours each night and ultimately earning their Journeyman
Electrician’s license.
ECSI currently sponsors over 30 electrical apprentices in two
different apprenticeship programs.
In the West Palm Beach area, apprentices attend the Florida
Electrical Apprenticeship Association (FEAA) which holds classes
twice a week at Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth.
In the Broward and Miami-Dade areas, apprentices attend the
Associated Builder’s and Contractor’s Institute (ABCI) which holds
classes twice a week at several venues in South Florida.
ECSI’s commitment to its enrolled apprentices goes far beyond
sponsorship of programs cost. With a company wide commitment of
mentoring our apprentices, we set the stage for success. From
superior pay for above average performance, to hands on tutoring, we
have become recognized as a leader in career building for our industry.
