Electrical Consulting Services, Inc. is a strong supporter of state accredited electrical apprenticeship programs. We believe that by supporting apprenticeship, a greater, more knowledgeable workforce is created; thus, resulting in higher quality workmanship and better educated electricians.
Electrical apprenticeship is a serious four-year commitment by apprentices devoted to improving their skills and knowledge in the electrical field by attending classes and ultimately earning their Journeyman Electrician’s license.
ECSI currently sponsors over 30 electrical apprentices.
Our Apprenticeship programs with IEC-FECC and ABC Institute providing classes from Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie Counties.
ECSI’s 35 years of support to enrolled apprentices goes far beyond sponsorship of programs cost. With a companywide commitment to mentoring our apprentices, we set the stage for their success. From superior pay for above average performance, to hands on tutoring, we have become recognized as a leader in career building for our industry.
Safety at ECSI goes beyond being a priority; it is the foundation of everything we do. Our commitment to excellence was strengthened in 2017 when we adopted the Independent Electrical Contractors Association’s nationally accredited, biannually updated Safety Program.
ECSI requires all staff to be OSHA 30 certified and proudly supports each employee in achieving and maintaining this credential. As the only company in the market with a 100 percent OSHA 30 certified team, safety is not just our culture; it is our way of life.

ECSI also employs an outside independent certified safety inspection consultant to visit each project on a regular unannounced basis. These inspectors conduct thorough site evaluations focusing on team performance and compliance with ECSI’s safety program. Any findings or deficiencies are documented, reviewed with the project team, and addressed in partnership with the Safety Committee.
